ESPN Fantasy Projection: Mattison signed with the Dolphins after failing to lock down lead back duties in Minnesota in 2023 and Las Vegas last season. Mattison had a few solid outings in 2024 (four games with 15-plus fantasy points), but he was limited to a situational role most of the year, only clearing 11 touches five times. Mattison's yards per carry plummeted to an ugly 3.2 last season and, while he's capable as a rusher and receiver (30-plus catches two season in arow), he's yet to show he's anything more than a competent backup. The 27-year-old will battle second-year Jaylen Wright for change-of-pace duties behind De'Von Achane. He's not a fantasy option.
